Data can be provided by you or I keep it updated for you for a more personalised service.  Reporting on the data, mailshots, statistics and so on can also be provided.

 

Office Overhauls

Does your entire office need a complete makeover? Fed up of never being able to find things? I can turn chaos into an orderly, tidy and indexed system, where you can put your hand on the document or file you need in no time.

My background in libary and information studies, as well as a naturally organised disposition (believe me, I have lists and spreadsheets for everything!) mean I can file and index like a dream.

 

Editing and Proofreading

 

Do you just want a report or CV tidied and checking for spelling and punctuation? - or if you would prefer a complete overhaul that can be done too.

I specialise in business reports and documentation, but have also worked with authors, jobseekers and students.

 

I work closely with new clients, to ascertain just how much leeway you want me to take: and once I get used to your preferences you are welcome to leave me to it.

Email Management

 

Do you get completely overwhelmed at times by your inbox? Would you love someone to take it over and reply on your behalf?

 

​​I run a full emailing management service; with a reply address and signature to match your company's own design and from your own templates (or I can help you write new ones).
