Terms and Conditions

• Any new clients must sign a registration form agreeing to our terms and conditions
• Large and one off contracts may require a deposit
• A surcharge is levied for the express and out of hours services
• Charges are made by the hour rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes
• Expenses such as phone, fax, postage, couriers, travel and stationery will be charged at cost
• If my travelling is involved there may be a minimum number of hours billed
• Invoices will be issued at the end of short contracts, or on a weekly or monthly basis for ongoing ones; terms are strictly 14 days
• Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer
• We scan all incoming emails and discs for viruses, but will not open any unsolicited emails with attachments, or attachments with no messages
• Callers strictly by appointment only
